President's Christmas Lunch Sunday December 9th

The President's Christmas Lunch was held in the Boyne Valley Hotel , Drogheda on Sunday December 9th at 1pm . Our special guest this year was Dan O'Neill , who played at centre field on Louth's last All Ireland winning team of 1957 . Dan recently retired as CEO of Tourism West the body responsable for tourism in Galway , Mayo and Roscommon , having started out his career as a garda in Drogheda. Dan spoke of his time in Drogheda and the excitment of the great win in 1957 .

The President Mr Pat Fulham welcomed all of the members and guests including the Mayor of Drogheda ,Cllr Anthony O'Donohoe and Mrs O'Donohoe ,Mr TK Whitaker ( Patron ) and Mrs Whitaker to the lunch . Chairman Sean Corcoran thanked the management and staff of the Boyne Valley Hotel for an excellent meal .
