Traditional Day at Millmount
Over 1,500 people attended the Traditional Day in Millmount with Millmount Museum open free to the public and committee members and staff dressed in tudor period costumes . There were outdoor sessions in both music and dance with the famous Armagh Rhymers providing most colourful folk theatre and several local traditional musicians giving workshops
Exhibitions included 'A History of Piping in Drogheda' presented by internationally-renowned pipers Ronan Browne and Sean McKiernan in the Millmount Centre and 'An Exhibition of Craft and Applied Art' in the Gatehouse Gallery, featuring the work of artists resident in Millmount Craft Studios.
